Originally from Norfolk VA., I came to the Atlanta area in 1998 by way of Army Retirement, after 24 years of service, 10 of which residing in Europe (Germany) and a 2 year combat tour in Iraq, in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom(OIF)III. I'm currently employed with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) Atlanta as a Emergency Management Specialist. My passion for caring for others started very early in my life, my sending my allowances to the Care Organization (fighting global poverty). Sharing and caring for others are in my DNA, and I will continue to serve until I'm unable to do so.
